Greg Carnes, Imagenet’s Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors, leads the company’s overall strategy, growth, and culture. With more than two decades of experience in healthcare IT and business process outsourcing organizations, Greg began his career at Electronic Data Systems (EDS), spending 22 years in healthcare IT leadership roles and ultimately overseeing EDS’s Global Solution Architecture and BPO organizations.

He later held executive positions at Accenture and SourceHOV before joining EMS|MC as CEO, where he led the organization through dynamic growth in the EMS claims processing industry, fueled by innovative technology and process optimization. At Imagenet, Greg is focused on driving innovation, operational excellence, and best-in-industry results for health plans, providers, and the members they serve.
