Steve Strawn

Steve Strawn, the Chairman of Imagenet's Board of Directors, is an entrepreneur and business leader with over 25 years of expertise in the technology and healthcare sectors. In the year 2000, Steve founded Imagenet in Kent, WA, where he developed proprietary source code and entered the healthcare payer market, laying the foundation for the company's innovative solutions. Under Steve’s leadership, Imagenet has expanded its offerings and cultivated a robust customer base.

Sean Wilder

Sean Wilder is a Managing Director at BV Investment Partners and a member of Imagenet's Board of Directors. Sean joined BV in 2009 as an Associate, and prior to that was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications groups at Piper Jaffray & Co. and Jefferies & Company. He earned his B.A. in Economics from Princeton University in 2006. Sean's focus with BV is on healthcare-oriented investments in technology, data, information and business services.

Tom Stephens

Tom Stephens is an Operating Partner at BV Investment Partners and a member of Imagenet's Board of Directors. He brings 20+ years of experience building and leading businesses at places like Cognizant, Attivio (acquired by ServiceNow), Bulger Partners (Acquired by EY), Outcome Sciences (Acquired by IQVIA), and McKinsey & Company. Tom earned his A.B. in Computer Science from Dartmouth College and his M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Greg Carnes

Greg Carnes, Imagenet’s Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors, leads the company’s overall strategy, growth, and culture. With more than two decades of experience in healthcare IT and business process outsourcing organizations, Greg began his career at Electronic Data Systems (EDS), spending 22 years in healthcare IT leadership roles and ultimately overseeing EDS’s Global Solution Architecture and BPO organizations. He later held executive positions at Accenture and SourceHOV before joining EMS|MC as CEO, where he led the organization through dynamic growth in the EMS claims processing industry, fueled by innovative technology and process optimization. At Imagenet, Greg is focused on driving innovation, operational excellence, and best-in-industry results for health plans, providers, and the members they serve.
