Imagenet Names Shawna Kamper Chief Operating Officer
TAMPA, FL — Imagenet, a healthcare technology and services company with over 25 years of experience serving payers, today announced the appointment of Shawna Kamper as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Kamper will oversee operational execution, organizational performance, and scalability across the enterprise, supporting Imagenet’s continued growth and focus on delivering reliable, high-quality outcomes for health plan clients.
Kamper brings more than 25 years of healthcare operations leadership experience across managed care and complex, multi-entity environments. Her background includes senior executive leadership roles at Prospect Medical Systems, where she served as Senior Vice President of IPA Operations and held an interim Chief Operating Officer role during the organization’s acquisition by Astrana Health. Earlier in her career, Kamper held progressive operational leadership positions at Optum, formerly NAMM California, supporting transactional services spanning claims, provider configuration, eligibility, capitation, mailroom operations, and EDI.
