Job Description
The purpose of this role is to identify and qualify new sales opportunities by researching and prospecting potential clients in target industries. Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics that align with Imagenet's value proposition and differentiate us from competitors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers in client organizations.
Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
Identify and target new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and lead generation.
Qualify leads and assess prospects' needs to determine whether they are a good fit for the company's products or services.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within the target market.
Deliver effective presentations and proposals that communicate the value proposition of the company's products or services to prospects.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that generate leads and drive sales.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the company's reach and network.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategy.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as customer service, product development, and finance, to ensure customer satisfaction and effective sales execution.
Continuously improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance performance and efficiency.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and industry trends.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge, skills, and performance.
Manage a pipeline of opportunities, forecast revenue, and track progress against targets.
Monitor and manage sales expenses to ensure profitability and financial stability.
Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve sales effectiveness.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all sales activities and interactions.
Stay up to date on industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and quality.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or BPO industry
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas
Technical Skills / Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of digital transformation, BPO claims adjudication, and BPO contact center services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM.
