Job Description
The purpose of this role is to research and analyze RFP requirements, including technical and functional specifications, scope of work, and evaluate criteria. Collaborate with sales and subject matter experts to develop winning strategies and solutions that meet client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and develop proposals that meet the needs of clients.
Analyze RFPs and other procurement documents to identify key requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission guidelines.
Write clear and concise proposals that effectively communicate the company's capabilities, solutions, and value proposition.
Research and gather information from various sources to support proposal development, including competitor analysis, market trends, and industry best practices.
Develop and maintain a repository of proposal templates, boilerplate language, and other content that can be used to streamline proposal development.
Edit and proofread proposals to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client requirements and company standards.
Manage proposal timelines, including coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather information, review drafts, and provide feedback.
Coordinate with graphic designers and other creative professionals to develop visual elements that enhance the impact of proposals.
Ensure all proposals are submitted on time and in compliance with submission requirements, including formatting, labelling, and packaging.
Monitor proposal outcomes and gather feedback to continuously improve proposal quality and win rates.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in English, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in RFP writing and proposal development, preferably in the technology industry.
Technical Skills / Knowledge:
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and other relevant software solutions is a plus.
Familiarity with document management and data capture solutions is a plus.
