Branch Manager

Job Description

  • Reports up to Director of Operations, operates day-to-day functionality of local Branch 

  • Manages Reporting, Payroll, Production and Staff 

  • Image documents utilizing Microsoft PC software etc. 

  • Operate scanners, mail openers, and labeling equipment 

  • Perform high-speed, high-volume Production tasks consisting of healthcare documents and general correspondence 

  • Other duties as assigned 

Requirements

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required 

 

Experience:

  • 1-year office-related experience 

 

Technical Skills / Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of and proficiency in activities involving methods, processes, and procedures 

  • The ability to coordinate and integrates all organizational interests and activities 

  • Convey ideas and information to others and receive information and ideas from others effectively 

  • Make decisions that will lead the organization to the attainment of its goals 

  • Computer skills (Microsoft) 

  • Ability to recognize the best response/action to a situation
