
Branch Manager
Job Description
Reports up to Director of Operations, operates day-to-day functionality of local Branch
Manages Reporting, Payroll, Production and Staff
Image documents utilizing Microsoft PC software etc.
Operate scanners, mail openers, and labeling equipment
Perform high-speed, high-volume Production tasks consisting of healthcare documents and general correspondence
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Experience:
1-year office-related experience
Technical Skills / Knowledge:
Knowledge of and proficiency in activities involving methods, processes, and procedures
The ability to coordinate and integrates all organizational interests and activities
Convey ideas and information to others and receive information and ideas from others effectively
Make decisions that will lead the organization to the attainment of its goals
Computer skills (Microsoft)
Ability to recognize the best response/action to a situation
