
Account Executive
Job Description
We are looking to aggressively grow all of our lines of business.
Manage and nurture client relationships to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Identify and qualify new digital transformation, claims adjudication, or call center opportunities.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation.
Act as a liaison between the company and its clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that meet their goals.
Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to track account health, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and work with clients to expand the scope and value of their engagement with the company.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, contracts, and other documentation that accurately reflect client requirements and company capabilities.
Achieve sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach and knowledge.
Continuously improve account management processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
Utilize CRM systems or other tools to manage and track sales activities.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in the healthcare industry
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas
Experience working with Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) (digital transformation, claims adjudication, and call centers) preferred.
Technical Skills / Knowledge:
