Account Executive 

Job Description

  • We are looking to aggressively grow all of our lines of business. 

  • Manage and nurture client relationships to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. 

  • Identify and qualify new digital transformation, claims adjudication, or call center opportunities. 

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation. 

  • Act as a liaison between the company and its clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that meet their goals. 

  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to track account health, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. 

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and work with clients to expand the scope and value of their engagement with the company. 

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, contracts, and other documentation that accurately reflect client requirements and company capabilities. 

  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals set by the company. 

  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach and knowledge. 

  • Continuously improve account management processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. 

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics. 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities. 

  • Utilize CRM systems or other tools to manage and track sales activities. 

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field  

 

Experience:  

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in the healthcare industry 

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas 

  • Experience working with Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) (digital transformation, claims adjudication, and call centers) preferred. 

 

Technical Skills / Knowledge: 

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in the healthcare industry 

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas 

  • Experience working with Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) (digital transformation, claims adjudication, and call centers) preferred. 

Other Skills Required

B2B sales or account management: 2 years (Required)
