As Vice President of Human Resources, Andrea Forino oversees all aspects of Imagenet’s people strategy—including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development. She partners closely with senior leadership to align human capital initiatives with business priorities and foster a high-performing, resilient workforce.

With more than 20 years of HR leadership experience in the healthcare industry, Andrea is known for implementing innovative people strategies that improve retention, streamline operations, and strengthen organizational culture. Andrea holds a B.A. in Psychology from Emory University and completed doctoral coursework in Organizational Psychology at Rutgers University. Based in Tampa Bay, she is also passionate about animal rights and community service.
