Chief Client Officer
Eric Pettit serves as Chief Client Officer at Imagenet, where he leads the company’s Account Management organization and helps strengthen client relationships across the business. He is focused on deepening strategic client engagement, supporting long-term partnership growth, and ensuring Imagenet continues to deliver strong value and outcomes to the payer organizations it serves.
Prior to joining Imagenet, Eric held senior leadership roles across account management, business process outsourcing, and client services with organizations including DXC Technology, HP Enterprise Services, and Electronic Data Systems. He brings more than 30 years of experience spanning outsourcing, business development, operations, project management, and solution development, including work in complex, highly regulated environments. His background includes acquisition and transition management, account and project start-up, contract management, quality initiatives, training, and large-scale customer service and account operations.
Eric is known for his collaborative approach, operational discipline, and strong focus on client success. He brings together commercial perspective and executional leadership to help organizations strengthen relationships, deliver results, and support long-term growth.
